Terms & Conditions

1. The Service

By subscribing to Harris Collective, you gain access to live-streamed fitness classes via Zoom and an on-demand library of recorded sessions.

2. Health and Safety (Liability Waiver)

  • Physical Activity: You acknowledge that all fitness classes involve a risk of personal injury. By participating, you agree that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk.
  • Medical Clearance: We strongly recommend you consult a doctor before beginning any new exercise regime. You must not participate if you have a medical condition that makes physical activity dangerous.
  • Environment: You are responsible for ensuring your workout area is safe, clear of hazards, and has adequate flooring.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harris Collective shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the service, except in cases of proven negligence by the company.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Fees: The subscription is £15 per month, billed in advance.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel at any time via your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial months.
  • Account termination: we reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time if you engage in rude or threatening behaviour to Harris Collective staff or other members.
  • Zoom Links: Access links are for personal use only and must not be shared with third parties.

4. Specialist one-off classes

Sometimes we run one-off classes that are charged separately from your Harris Collective subscription. These will be marked on the schedule.

5. Recordings

Live classes are recorded for our on-demand library. By joining a live session with your camera on, you acknowledge that your likeness may be captured. If you wish to remain anonymous, please keep your camera turned off.

6. Occasional interruptions

Harris Collective is a family-run business, to help teach and train as many people as possible to look after their minds and bodies.

Whilst we aim to deliver as many live classes as possible, we occasionally must leave the training world for illness, time-off and to take care of our family. During these periods we may be unable to take live classes as scheduled, but we will do our utmost to give as much warning as possible for any cancellations, and our OnDemand section is always there to fall back on during our absences.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or move these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, platform providers (such as Arketa or Zoom), or legal requirements.

  • Notice of Change: If we make "material" changes (significant changes that affect your rights or the price of your subscription), we will notify you via the email address associated with your account at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
  • Acceptance: Your continued use of the service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription before the new terms come into effect.
